Princess Baby Shower Cake

This is one of the most beautiful baby shower cakes we have made, at least in my opinion!  The princess carriage is made out of  rice crispies with amazing fondant and gumpaste details.  The actual cake was moist almond cake filled with our creamy buttercream.  Details on the cake are fondant.  The baby shower celebration took place at the Tuckahoe Mansion in Jensen Beach and was coordinated by En Vogue Event Planning http://www.envogueeventplanning.com/
